This place is stunning - if you like Big Mountains and and outdoor activities...we'll assume most people do. The Hungry Trout Resort is located just outside of Lake Placid, 2 minutes from the foot of Whiteface Mountain, a World Class Ski Resort. Fishing more your interest - The Hungry Trout is ALSO located right next door to the " Best Fly Fishing in the Eastern United States " - and we mean - right next door . The Proprietor Jerry and Anne Botcher are exceptional hosts, and we need to mention that the Property also boasts one the the BEST 5 star restaurants in the area. So - your pretty well covered.

Challenge
Replace the 4 year old website with a complete re-branding of all online visual collateral and - pretty much new everything. The old site was - lets be honest - sad? It needed work. To it's defense it was a bit old,...but it missed it's mark, and the design limited the ability of the site to show off just how stunning this property really is. 3 separate visits, including renting a crane and chartering a small plane to photograph the property from the air - we are slowly assembling a large repertoire of images to display this beautiful Adirondack Property.

The Solution
Launched in January 2007, with a complete re-branding and website redesign - The Hungry Trout website - still currently in BETA - is getting exceptionally high organic Google ranking and generating new business with it's increased online visibility. The unique visits to this page, are huge considering we are just through the gate. The design of the site allows for display of large panoramic images, and through a sophisticated CSS we simplify Google Indexing. We're still tweaking some things, so expect to hear more about this great little piece of the Adirondack Mountains.
